Account Registration
Access to our wholesale catalogue requires a registered account. We collect your name, business name, email address, and phone number to verify trade buyer status and manage your access.
Contact Form
When you submit a general enquiry we collect: name, email address, phone number, and message content.
Corporate Gifting Enquiries
When you request a corporate gifting quote we collect: name, company name, email address, phone number, occasion type, estimated quantity, budget range, and any additional notes you provide.
Usage Data & Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our catalogue. GA4 collects anonymised data including pages visited, session duration, device type, and general geographic region. It also records interactions with product links, WhatsApp contact buttons, and phone number clicks. No personally identifiable information is passed to Google Analytics. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Cookies
We use cookies to maintain your login session and to enable Google Analytics. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so will prevent you from logging in to the catalogue.

8. Data Security
Access to the wholesale catalogue is restricted to registered accounts. All connections are served over HTTPS. Form submissions are sanitised server-side before processing or storage. API credentials and mail passwords are stored outside the web root and are never exposed in source code.

We may update this policy periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the catalogue after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
